Training, training and more training...

So I am now in the full swing of things!  Yesterday we had a 70 minute paddle, followed by weights, followed by yoga.  It felt great, but today I am super sore.  I went for another yoga session this morning to try and work out all the kinks.  Now I am off to paddle and work on some good technique.  Also, sending out donation letters and working on some more sponsorship.  Every dollar helps!  School starts again tomorrow so I am looking forward to two new classes.
